We teamed up again with the amazing Análú Pilates for Breast Cancer Awareness Month, moving in honor of Pinktober and all that the pink ribbon represents: strength, community, and hope. The energy was high, the playlist was fire (yesss, there were butterfly high kicks - thanks, Justine!), and the fanny packs were packed with swag thanks to our generous South Bay community.

Big love to Análú Pilates for their continued support of innovative research in the fight to end breast cancer, to Nikala for leading the charge, to all the local butterflies who showed up, and to the Pilates students who came out to support. You make this movement what it is. 💖
