Recapping our amazing Pinktober Butterfly Strong Day thanks to Análú Pilates in Redondo Beach ! 🦋💖


Last year we collabed during breast cancer awareness month with Analu Pilates and this year we made an even bigger impact in the gist to end breast cancer!! 100% of Saturday’s classes will go towards breast cancer research! The energy was high, people wore pink, and we may have had a mini dance party mid class!


Big thank you to Analu Pilates and Nikala who leads the charge!! Thank you to all who took the class, those who taught the class, to the local butterflies who attended, and to those who contributed in other ways! ✨
